FAQ
Shipping costs are €4.99 throughout Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €70.
The delivery of paintings takes 5-7 days within Germany, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery of art prints, cell phone cases and bags takes 1-2 weeks, as the products are only printed when an order is received for sustainability reasons.
Once your order is ready, we will hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on this number to consult the latest updates on your shipment.
To do so, write an email to info@kaeffeart.com. SolaIf the order has not yet been processed, it will be cancelled for you and you will receive a confirmation by email. If the order has already left the warehouse, it will be delivered. You can then log in with your email address via the "Login" menu item and request a return.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (see also Cancellation policy – kaeffe art). You can simply log in with your email address using the login button and manage your order there.
To do this, click on the login symbol in the shop navigation.
Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue".
2. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click on "Send request".
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Please remember not to burden the environment unnecessarily and to place orders consciously.
