Shipping costs are €4.99 across Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €70.
The delivery of paintings takes 5-7 days within Germany, depending on the delivery location.
The delivery of art prints, phone cases, and bags takes 1-2 weeks, as the products are only printed once an order is received for sustainability reasons.
As soon as your order is ready, we will hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on this number to check the latest updates on your shipment.
Send an email to info@kaeffeart.com for this. As long as the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled for you and you will receive a confirmation via email. If the order has already left the warehouse, it will be delivered. Then you can log in using your email address under the "Login" menu and request a return.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (see also Cancellation Policy – kaeffe art). You can easily log in with your email address using the login button and manage your order there.

Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the "E-Mail" field and then click on "Continue".
2. Open the email sent by our shop in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.
3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
Click on the order for which you want to request a return.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click on "Send request".
If your return request has been approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
Please remember not to unnecessarily burden the environment and to place orders mindfully.
